How you can work with me….
Throughout the year I release coaching programs on specific areas. Some of these are group programs and some are one-on-one programs. They will usually start and finish on certain dates…. and you should sign up on my mailing list if you want to know when they are going to be released.
But I take on a certain number of one-on-one clients at any time through out the year.
As a Transformational Coach (who was also an organisational Change Manager in my corporate career) - I am great at cutting through people’s BS to help them get laser sharp vision on their prize.

What you can expect when you book a Discovery Session
Really - a Discovery Session is a little like a first date…. We are going to have a chat and get to know each other for us both to discover what is going on for you and if we could work together.
If we both feel like we could work well together - we discuss how to make that happen.
If I don’t think I can help you - I’ll recommend someone else or another approach
If it’s not right for you - then it is 100% fine as well.
And full disclosure - I think hard sell’s are YUCK! If I think we could work together I will make the suggestion for you say yes or no.
