    A Coach is a professional who is dedicated to your goals and success. They are your partner to help push you to achieve the change, dreams and breakthroughs that you can’t always get on your own

  • Coaching is for EVERYONE. But not everyone is Coachable.

    Coaching works best for people brave enough to admit that there is something missing in their lives and are ready to ask for support and help.

    Coaching really works best for people who are ready to take responsibility for themselves. Its for people who have a problem or a dream, and are prepared to take action to solve that problem or to make that dream a reality.

  • Coaching consists of a series of one-on-one sessions, usually 60 minutes a week, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, typically over a 2 to 6 month period.

    We start with a free discovery session (more below on this) and then work out your plan for our future sessions.

    Most sessions are online (Zoom, Teams , Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or iPhone Facetime)

    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

  • Targeted

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers.

  • Integrative

    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, aromatherapy, and more.
