Hello and welcome to The Potential Factor! I'm Julia Miles, and I'm thrilled that you're here.

For over 25 years, I worked in high-pressure corporate roles while raising a family, leaving little time for myself. I felt stuck, burned out, and overwhelmed. But, through my personal transformation, I found my way out, and I'm here to help you do the same.

As a mother, partner, daughter, and career-focused woman, I understand the challenges of wearing many hats and taking on multiple roles each day. After early experiences in male-dominated work environments, I believed that being feminine was a hindrance and tried to act in a more masculine way to get ahead. This led to anxiety and perfectionism that compounded when my home life started to crumble.

But, I started transforming my life when I thought I was having a mid-life crisis (thanks peri-menopause) and went on to become an Art of Feminine Presence Teacher, NLP Certified Coach, HeartMath Trainer, Coach, and Mentor.

My mission is to help you achieve your potential and get out of your survival mode rut by supporting and partnering with you to achieve your dreams.

At The Potential Factor, I believe that everyone has a spark of potential to realise their wants and desires. Sometimes, we just need help getting there, and that's where we come in. Let's work together to uncover your potential factor and achieve your dreams!
